| Sales Call, How it works |

After you have called and made an appointment time, our sales representative will meet you on time at your home or place of business. After we discuss and show you samples of products you are interested in, we will measure any openings that you want covered. Then we will provide you with a written quote on site or via fax or email. Our "no pressure" sales pitch will allow you to make the best decision for your window covering needs.

| Order Process |

Once you have selected your window coverings and made your color choices, we will process your order in a timely manner. Depending on the window covering selected, delivery typically takes two weeks for blinds and shades, four to six weeks for PolyDesign shutters and six to eight weeks for wood shutters. Temporary window shades are available at no additional cost until your finished window treatments arrive. Terms of the sale require a 50% deposit with the balance due on the day of installation. Sorry, no cancellations once an order has been placed.
